Liquid Diet Phase Day 1
6/15/09 DAY 1:
Not too bad of a day. I had to get up at 6a to go to Baltimore for a pre op meeting. I drank a vitamin water on the way. Got home about 12n had a protein shake and sf pudding. About 7p had another shake. I am tired so I will probably go to bed early, well earlier than my "normal" time that is. Day one down, 15 more to go!
