Got Weighed today!

Well, I sure had a surprise today.

I went to my PCP to recheck my blood pressure medicine and I have lost a total of 45lbs!!!!!!!!!!!

And, she also cut my meds down from 100mg a day to 50! Hopefully next month I won't need it at all!
